FAQ
Why does a split need more credits available than it costs?
The model decides how many layers it returns, up to 16 plus the background. We hold enough credits for the largest possible result when the split starts, then charge only for the images that come back and return the rest straight away.
Am I charged if a split fails?
No. If the model fails or times out, the held credits are returned.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay on your account. If we ever change that, we will update this page and email account holders first.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits from a pack bought in the last 14 days can be refunded on request. Email contact@layersapart.com from your account email with the payment date.
